Water and paths
The Ammersee is the third largest lake in Bavaria and is also known as the ‘farmer’s lake’. This fits in perfectly with our agricultural background and your relaxation – be it a walk around the lake, water sports or a leisurely boat trip.

Physical activity is the best balance. Not only can you go cycling, walking or hiking with us, but you can also recharge your batteries with a game of pool, table football, bowling or in our own gym.
Cultural diversity at the House of Bavarian Agriculture
Our guest library provides reading pleasure. The House of Bavarian Agriculture also houses a special treasure: 20,000 volumes from the 16th to the 21st century on life and work in the countryside can be discovered in our agricultural history library.
Our art gallery presents new works in changing exhibitions – be it photography, object art or daring installations.
