International exchange of experience

Since 1962, the House of Bavarian Agriculture in Herrsching has been organising the International Seminar for Leaders in Rural Youth Work on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. Participants gain new perspectives on rural youth work while strengthening their leadership skills through the development of individual implementation strategies and personal action plans.

The three-part structure of leadership training, the World Conference on Rural Development and the development phase of personal implementation strategies and action plans supports the motivated and committed participants in their rural development work.
